Frequently asked questions

How do I manage or cancel my subscription?

The Renourish Premium subscription is managed by the App Store. On your iPhone, go to Settings > [your name] > Subscriptions > Renourish, where you can change your plan or turn off auto-renewal.

How do I reset my password?

On the app sign-in screen, tap "Forgot password" and follow the instructions sent to your email.

How do I delete my account?

In the app, go to Settings and tap "Delete account". Your account can be recovered through this contact for up to 30 days after deletion.

The app is failing or I have another problem. What should I do?

Email us at geral@renourish.pt with as much detail as possible (what you were doing, your phone model and the app version) and we will help you as soon as we can.
